My Art Journey

My Art Journey

The journey is everything. It's about taking the time to learn and grow, and being patient with yourself along the way. There's no need to rush or force things. Authenticity comes from embracing the process and allowing yourself to make mistakes. Trust that everything will fall into place in due time. Remember, the destination is not the end-all-be-all, but rather the journey itself. So take it one step at a time, and enjoy the ride.

I found the snail above on a stop sign while in New York for my art show.

Being Venerable with your art

Opening up my art to the world was a daunting task, as it meant baring a little piece of my soul and risking judgment from others. It wasn't easy. However, as I continued to grow, I realized that art is subjective, and not everyone will appreciate what I create. And that's okay. It's only when I started creating from the heart that I found joy in my work. It's a beautiful feeling to put a piece of myself into my art and share it with others. Now, I look forward to expressing myself and connecting with others through my creations, even if it means opening myself up to criticism. Because in the end, it's the love for my craft that truly matters.
